Flying Start Partners

One of Flying Start’s key objectives is to bring together parents, communities, voluntary sector and statutory partners to work in partnership to make a difference to the lives of babies and children.

Flying Start is led by the Luton Borough Council and is supported in partnership by the Pre-school Learning Alliance, which is the largest early year’s educational charity in England. For more information visit: www.pre-school.org.uk

The Flying Start Partnership Board is responsible for the overall delivery of the Flying Start Strategy. It oversees the implementation of the business plan and monitors the progress of Flying Start to ensure it effectively delivers better health and wellbeing outcomes for babies and children.
