Flying Start is launch at a conference hosted by the University of Bedfordshire in December 2014. The event was chaired by Carey Oppenheim, Chief Executive of the Early Intervention Foundation.  Kate Cairns from Kate Cairns Association presented a parenting approach, based on the latest neuro science on how babies’ brains develop known as Five to Thrive.
