Flying Start Parenting Programmes and referral routes
Flying Start has a range of parenting programmes which are offered through the Flying Start Children’s Centre and other delivery partners including Stepping Stones and Luton Adult Learning.

If you would like someone you are working with to access a targeted parenting programme and they are not already open to an Early Help or Social Work service you will need to complete an Early Help Assessment. http://www.luton.gov.uk/Health_and_social_care/children_and_family_services/family-support-guidance/earlyhelp/Pages/EHA.aspx
If you are working with a family that are open to Early Help or Social Work please refer in via the Service Request Form as mentioned above.
Flying Start Parenting Co-ordinator
Sue Bugden – Parenting Co-ordinator will be in post from Tuesday 29th August. Sue has extensive knowledge and experience in parenting programmes at a delivery and commissioning level and we look forward to her joining the Flying Start team.
