Antenatal information sheets April 2020

Women only 2-hour social evenings, suitable for pregnant women living in Luton* from early on in pregnancy (8 weeks +) up to the birth of your baby.

The aim of Pregnancy Club is to raise the confidence of new ‘mums to be’ regarding the birth of their baby.

Women will get the opportunity to meet other pregnant mums and to build support networks and will receive tools to use for as healthy pregnancy as possible.

*Please note if your address is close to Luton but is technically under Central Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire council you will not be able to book our free course (e.g. Slip End, Caddington, Houghton Regis, Dunstable, Kensworth etc.) There are other free services available in other areas, please contact the council you pay your taxes to for more information.

There will also be a focus on key health messages from early on in pregnancy along with information on what is happening in Luton for families.

Delivered by Midwives with a monthly changing programme of community professionals such as: Safe at Home, Luton Libraries, Total Wellbeing, Community Dental Services, SEND team, Diet and Nutrition Specialists and the Active Birth team from the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.
