Parents as Partners

For: Couples/co-parents over 18 with at least one child under 5, who are willing to think about how they work together as parents and / or partners. They also need to be able to attend and participate fully in all 16 sessions.

Specific criteria: Targeted level 2* programme. It is a requirement of the programme that both parents attend together and are able to work together openly without fear.

Overview: Parents as Partners is a group work  intervention for parental couples/co-parents, providing constructive support to resolve issues that might be affecting their children’s wellbeing.

Benefits: Improving parent-child interaction.

Delivered by: One male and one female highly trained facilitator from a variety of backgrounds.

Please note:

This programme is not for couples / co-parents who have current or imminent court proceedings

Length of course:  This is a 16 week, 2 hour per session programme.

Childcare will be provided.
