What is the Flying Start Working Together Group?
The community sits at the heart of the Flying Start vision and everything we do, so it’s really important to us that we are working together to be able to develop our service with the community, for the community. The group will be led by community members and will support feedback on and development of Flying Start programmes and services. It is a forum for constructive feedback and to develop ideas and solutions, it is not for dealing with individual complaints (please ask us for the group’s Terms of Reference for more information).
What is involved?
The group runs every eight weeks and is open to any families living in Luton. There is no requirement to attend every meeting. By signing up to be part of the Working Together group you will be invited to attend meetings and may also be invited to other feedback session opportunities. You can choose how much or how little you would like be involved, and if you can’t attend a meeting you can still provide feedback by email. Meetings currently take place on Zoom but we hope to be able to meet in person soon!
