Incredible Years

A five week programme for parents of children aged 3-5 years.

The Incredible Years Pre-school Programme (3-5 years) supports parents in:

  • Strengthening children's social skills, emotional regulation and school readiness
  • Using praise and incentives to encourage cooperative behaviours
  • Implementing household rules, routines, and effective limit setting
  • Implementing strategies to support positive behaviour
