Baby Groups

Early Days

For: Parents in the fourth trimester (from birth to 4 months):

Cost: Free

A relaxed baby group for new parents with a baby from birth to 4 months. This group provides a great opportunity to meet other parents, have a hot drink and talk to Flying Start staff if you want any information or advice.

Our staff are trained to support with all aspects of caring for a baby including breastfeeding.

This session is drop in, there is no need to book. For information on when and where the sessions are please visit our timetable page.

Feedback: "It's an opportunity to get my baby out and around others. There is also an opportunity to have great discussions and learn new things about parenting. For example, weaning etc. As a first-time parent, it a constant learning journey and it's great to see we're all in the same boat."

Sensory Play

For: Babies over 3 months non-walkers

Cost: £2

This weekly group session includes mat-based activities, exploring various objects that stimulate your baby's senses and support brain development.
