  • Twinkle Tuesdays– Storytime and Activities at No Ordinary Bookshop- 88 The Markey Hall (LU1 2TA) on Tuesdays 11.30am to 12.30pm
  • Pushchairs in the Park with Rhymetime– FREE led walk around Wardown Park (LU2 7HA) every Wednesday 10am to 11am- Meet at the playground area- no need to book. Ends with a Rhymetime session. Email parksvolunteers@luton.gov.uk to check it’s running in bad weather

  • 4th Trimester- parenting support group for those with bumps or babies up to four(ish) months of age- 6 week cycle/term for parents and their partners or significant caregivers. There is a strong focus on evidence-based information and support. Visit their Website
  • Thriving Communities Luton– a series of arts, culture, health and wellbeing, physical and outdoor activities in your local community. Most activities are FREE or low cost, and are designed to improve wellbeing- visit www.activeluton.co.uk/thriving-communities-luton
  • Luton Central Library Fun Time – Simple crafts and colouring fun for all the family to enjoy. No need to book , just turn up on the last Sunday of every month from 2pm to 3.30pm
  • Luton Central Library Story time – FREE stories and craft for 2-5 year olds on Fridays 10am to 10.30am and FREE Stories for 5-8 years on Tuesdays 4.15pm to 4.45pm at Luton Central Library (St Georges Square, LU1 2NG)

  • Hart Hill Baby Massage– Hart Hill Nursery School is delighted to offer a five week baby massage course. Sessions will take place on Friday afternoons 1pm-2pm and will be held in the family room at the nursery with Shona. The cost for each session is £5.00 or just £20 for all five sessions. Baby massage is a fantastic tool to promote bonding and attachment; it can help with common baby ailments such as colic, teething and constipation.
