Keeping Active

It’s important to keep active during pregnancy to help support you and your baby’s health. Being active does not need to be an exercise class or gym session, even gentle exercise (for example walking) can help prepare your body for the challenges of pregnancy, labour and being a new mum.

Total Wellbeing offer lots of free sessions to help you keep active and have a healthy pregnancy. This includes health walks and healthy pregnancy classes. For more information visit Total Well Being Luton or email: info@totalwellbeingluton.org
