Luton Bumps on Zoom

Early pregnancy is an exciting time but can also bring anxieties. For mums expecting a baby living in Luton*, we can provide free social support in our monthly lunchtime zoom group. We are trialing another monthly group run later in the day where partners are also welcome. You can join one or both groups- whatever works for you!

The session will be café style, giving a great opportunity to talk with other expectant parents about experiences, supporting each other whilst getting some advice from our staff and speakers. A midwife will be on the group regularly. If you wish to continue socialising after the group, there will be an opportunity to swap details with those you meet.

We would advise watching the online antenatal videos listed above before attending so you know what other questions you may have.

Upcoming dates:

  • Luton Bumps on Zoom- Alternate Tuesdays from 12.30pm to 1.30pm
    • 14 and 28 June
    • 12 and 26 July

‘The informal setting, the friendly hosts and the interaction with everyone! It’s a great platform!! I really loved it and I don’t feel I need to jump onto an expensive NCT class!‘ (Luton Bumps on Zoom Mum- March 2021)
