English Language Classes for Pregnancy (ESOL) Course
You will learn how to express yourself in English and speak to your midwife and other health professionals. You should gain the confidence to express your own wishes, talk about feelings, ask questions and offer suggestions.
The 6-week course will cover topics such as:
- Having a healthy pregnancy
- Who you will meet when
- Labour and birth
- Feeding your baby
- Keeping baby safe
- Five to Thrive
- What support is available for you

Pregnancy Health Walks

Pregnancy Exercise Class*
This class involves some light toning, stretching, relaxation and mindfulness.
- Wednesdays, 2pm – 2:45pm

These dedicated sessions for pregnant mums are for any stage of pregnancy and consist of gentle and fun low intensity cardio,
strength and conditioning work followed by a period of muscle relaxation and breathing exercises in the swimming pool.
